The Ogden Park Prowl is a neighborhood art festival in Mid City, Baton Rouge. Prowl is a collection of open houses and yards featuring arts, crafts and entertainment made fresh and hyper-local. The Prowl that was scheduled to take place on October 9, 2021 is cancelled due to careful consideration of public health & safety with rising COVID-19 cases.
