Since receiving a Construction Management degree from Louisiana State University, Fetzer has spent the last 18 years in the industry, working in both commercial and residential sectors. Fetzer remains focused on prioritizing his client’s visi
ons, needs, and goals to help lead each project to a successful completion. Fetzer is committed to quality craftsmanship throughout the entirety of his projects. He works closely with each of the company’s trade partners and owners to ensure the client’s vision is met at each stage of the process. Fetzer Construction is focused on custom residential construction and land development in and around the Greater Baton Rouge Area. Fetzer construction offers diverse designs to fit the unique taste and style of each client. Clients are involved throughout the entire building and planning process to ensure that their vision is brought to life in their home. This is done through consistent and productive communications, including 1:1 meetings with the builder, a collection and review of client’s visions and ideas, and consultations with architect teams and trade partners. Peyton Fetzer has a broad and diverse background, starting with large-scale commercial construction before transitioning to residential projects. Fetzer also has a decade of experience managing quality control for residential developments. This diverse background gives him a unique, well-rounded perspective allowing him to approach each project with both objectivity and creative insight. Above all, Fetzer is driven by a servant's heart, with a strong focus on understanding and bringing the client's vision to life.
