10lbs brisket going on the ! We are mostly working remote while Hurricane Laura drives through ! The Shop has a small manufacturing crew doing assembly of Cans today! So I’m gonna cook this brisket for the shop tomorrow! Heads up guys This is your only warning, bring sides! Also need Pickles, onions, buns?
What sides do you think we should we have? I’m partial to baked beans and coleslaw.... I wonder if has bulk slaw?
