To all BRKM members:
I have decided to close the gym, which will be effective April 25, 2026. All equipment will be sold off on a first come, first served basis, and all at a reduced price.
New paths have opened up for me and I can no longer put forth the time and effort all of o deserve, so I would rather shut the gym down, than not give you all of me, every day!
I want to thank all of you, who entrusted me with your training and fitness over the years and also thank you for being part of my life’s story. Each one of you who have ever shared a mat with me, or pushed me to be better at what I do, I want to say thank you, from the bottom of my heart.
If you want my advice/opinion on gyms in our area to train, hit me up and I will give you my professional and personal opinion. I want to see all of you continue putting in the work and making yourself harder to hurt.

I am looking for a kickboxing bag instructor for lunch classes 4x week starting in the new year at Baton Rouge Krav Maga. If any of you know anyone who may be interested and who has experience, please have them reach out to me!
