My specialty areas include couples/marriage therapy, as well as individual treatment of addictive disorders and trauma. My work with couples is grounded in Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1), and supported by additional training in relationship trauma and infidelity. My approach to trauma/PTSD treatment utilizes TF-CPT and Narrative Therapy techniques. Through a humanistic approach, we will work together to gain a deeper understanding of our thoughts, feelings, behaviors, roles, and relationships. We will develop plans of care that emphasize healing, resilience, and thriving. In short, my hope is to empower you to set goals for treatment that promote wellness, both individually and in relationships you value most.
