The Baton Rouge Youth Coalition (BRYC) was founded in 2009 when a high school teacher realized that even his brightest, hardest working students lacked the resources they needed to get into and graduate from college. The program began with 12 students meeting after school at the Belfair Teen Center. Today, BRYC works with 230 teens from 24 high schools across five parishes and stays connected with
