To my lil brotha ....Mane if they only knew where you came from my dawg. Mane I am more than proud of you. Dude has a “never give up” spirit. Much luv bro keep being great.
But this is all about when a person decides, and when he decided he changed his habits. But it’s the overall mental growth that matters the most and makes the most impact.
Trainers are a very small part of the puzzle. It’s all about when that person has had enough and is willing to commit. Wait until the next drop.

I got into it with my brothas yesterday because I got tired of losing in a game!
I carry that over to my life!!!
With this I WILL NOT LOSE EVER! Look from where I came, look where I’m at, and imagine where I will be!
My purpose in life is to impact people in the most positive way possible, and for me that’s through health and wellness. As well as sports performance! It’s bigger than me ITS ABOUT THE PEOPLE!
Nothing is as hard as we make it seem to be! You just have to stay dedicated, have the drive to keep pushing, and the will to never quit. While listening to the people around you who gives you constructive criticism to help make you better.

Proud of my dawg on all levels! He personifies dedication, inspiration , and motivation! The circle of people I have the privilege of training are just different. is the reason why I tell people you can find time to move. This guy does EVERYTHING while staying dedicated to what matters the most, HIS HEALTH, Mentally and physically. Y’all gotta give my dawg a We ain’t done yet!
Again it’s not me. Trainers are small pieces of the puzzle, you just have to decide. This is your life and your journey. TAKE CONTROL!
