HAPPY NURSES DAY! I happened to spend the day with several nurses today as I renewed by CPR/Basic Life Support Certification this morning! To be honest, most of the time I was thinking “I hope I never have to do this in real life!” 😆 Administering medications (injections, vaccinations, etc) means that I always have to be prepared in the event of serious reaction….but I am SO SO GRATEFUL for the individuals who THRIVE in those emergency situations! As healthcare professionals, we are all so different - with different strengths and roles to play - and working together for the good of the patient should always be the goal. So THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU to the nurses who tackle so much of the scary, dirty(😅), NECESSARY work that accomplishes this goal! 👩🏼‍⚕️ 👨‍⚕️
