WHEW, we made it y’all 🫠

First month of the year always seems like a whirlwind, and Jan 2023 was no different! Anyone else feel like that??

So quick, let’s do a little January check in:
☑️ What are you proud of that you accomplished?
☑️ What did you set out to do but didn’t quite check off?
☑️ What do you need to change or take action on to make it happen?

Y’all, something about me is I can never fully disconnect from my art school days, so I really LOVE a good feedback loop!! A format I like to follow and use often is “I like / I wish / I wonder” - or in other words, the questions I asked you above! 😉 You can do this to check in with yourself, check in with clients, teammates, etc. It’s a great way to see what’s working, what’s not, and how you can improve.

Collecting feedback and data are critical to solid strategy, and it doesn’t have to be all boring numbers and stats! Could you see yourself using this feedback loop method? Let me know how!

Now let’s get ready to take on February and double down on those business goals! 💪
