CORN STAR ELOTE
INGREDIENTS
• 4 ears fresh corn OR 3 cups frozen corn
• 3 Tbsp BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL
• 2 Tbsp CORN STAR SEASONING BLEND
• 1/3 cup cotija or parmesan cheese
• Fresh cilantro for garnish (optional)
DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Brush corn with BUTTER INFUSED OLIVE OIL.
Sprinkle CORN STAR SEASONING BLEND evenly over corn.
Grill fresh corn 8 to 10 minutes until lightly charred.
For frozen corn: cook in a hot skillet or grill pan 8 to 10 minutes until blistered.
Top with cheese and cilantro before serving.

BACKWOODS BOURBON BAKED BEANS
INGREDIENTS
• 2 cans baked beans
• 6 slices bacon, chopped
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 2 Tbsp BACKWOODS BOURBON SPICE BLEND
• 2 Tbsp BOURBON BALSAMIC VINEGAR
• 1 Tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL
• 2 Tbsp brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp ketchup
• 1 tsp yellow mustard
• 1/2 tsp black pepper
• Optional smoked sausage or pulled pork
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Cook bacon until crisp in a large skillet or Dutch oven.
Add onion and cook until softened.
Stir in GARLIC OLIVE OIL, BACKWOODS BOURBON SPICE BLEND, BOURBON BALSAMIC VINEGAR, brown sugar, ketchup, mustard, and pepper.
Add baked beans and optional meat. Stir well.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes until thick and bubbling.
Let rest before serving.

The secret?
Our HONEY, I SMOKED IT SPICE BLEND, rich GARLIC OLIVE OIL, and bold HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR from The Tea Tree bring the perfect smoky-sweet balance to every bite.
HONEY, I SMOKED IT RIBS
INGREDIENTS
• 2 racks baby back ribs
• 4 Tbsp HONEY, I SMOKED IT SPICE BLEND
• 2 Tbsp GARLIC OLIVE OIL
• 3 Tbsp HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR
• 1 Tbsp brown sugar
• 1/4 cup apple juice
• Optional: extra HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR for finishing
DIRECTIONS
Preheat grill or smoker to 300°F.
Remove membrane from ribs and pat dry thoroughly.
Rub ribs all over with GARLIC OLIVE OIL.
Combine HONEY, I SMOKED IT SPICE BLEND and brown sugar. Press seasoning heavily onto all sides.
Place ribs over indirect heat. Cover and cook for 2 hours.
Mix HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR and apple juice together.
Wrap ribs tightly in foil with the balsamic mixture and continue cooking 1 to 1½ hours until tender.
Unwrap and return to grill for 10 to 15 minutes to caramelize and deepen the bark.
Brush lightly with additional HONEY BALSAMIC VINEGAR before serving.
