Our 4th Staffmember Spotlight is . Scott impresses me day in and day out with his punctuality hard work, desire to learn, and positive attitude. We work hard at Brown Dog Builders to make work an enjoyable place to be, and Scott adds to that atmosphere every day.
I was so excited to bring on a member of Generation Z, as one of the things I'm most passionate about is making sure the trades live on in younger generations and closing the skills gap in the United States. If Scott is any indication, the trades have a very bright future in this country. He works hard without being asked to, and is learning and demonstrating the skills needed to be a great carpenter at a very fast pace. It's a huge privilege to have him on our team!
