Crystal Enlightenment

o the beauty and was intrigued. Being around the crystals and wearing them, did provided a sense of security and hope for the future. During this pandemic, when many of us are going through tough times, a friend of mine told me about an old colleague’s wife that is now selling crystals online and I was curious to find out more. I look into it and found out that many people were selling these beauties online. I took a visit to a wholesaler in state and fell in love even more, wanted to take all the pieces home. Each one just had its on unique identity. During my first visit, I found this crystal ball (pictured here), a rare yellow hematoid quartz and was drawn to it. I went back and forth about whether or not I should get it and ultimately decided to get it. I found a connection with this quartz and wanted to share its beauty with my customers. Growing up in a family owned business had taught me many valuable lessons, ones that have shaped me into the person I am today. I must admit though, I did not enjoyed it as a kid and in fact, hated helping out with the family business...who wanted to work when you can be playing, right? So, another reason for this business is for my kids. I wanted them to have the opportunity to learn to support a family business, help out with the little things. My intent is for them to help with making labels, packing, etc. so they can learn that fruits of their labor and in return, earn a little wage for their work. This little home business will give me the opportunity to instill these much needed life skills in them.
