THANKSGIVING DAY FLOW

Unload
Setup
Organize

TIME OF EVENT ️
8am to 2pm

Set Up Crew 8:00am

Food/Donations drop off begins at 8:30am (until 11am)

Drivers will be needed at 10am

Clean up Crew 1pm-2pm

We'll ALSO NEED
* Drivers

This is the delivery system of our event

Volunteers that fill their cars with meals and care packages and drive to find people in need on the streets.

(You can volunteer at the event and also drive)

* Donations

Warm Prepared Food (preferably a Thanksgiving Side Dish)(In containers you aren't expecting to get back)

*Warm Clothing / Toiletries

Our first year we are only accepting the following clothing:

Beanies, Gloves, Socks, Mask, Scraves

Any Financial $ Donations can be processed through the Website AND Yes, you can make a donation without working the event!

WE DO appreciate those that are able to stick around for the clean up and are not afraid to handle the not so glamorous side of our event!

IF you are available – ADDITIONAL volunteers are also needed to assist the CBR in a Turkey give-away on Monday – Nov 21st
