ng I became certified as a personal trainer and trained clients of all ages in an all women's fitness studio. After I decided that I did not want to further pursue my college basketball coaching career, I moved to Florida and became certified as a stretch practitioner and also continued working as a personal trainer/fitness coach. I have years of experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds from kids to senior citizens. I believe in sustainable fitness and nutrition instead of quick fixes and "fad diets". Fitness and wellness is truly a lifestyle that you can keep up with no matter where you are in life. I teach my clients how to feel comfortable working out on their own using proper technique and form in order to maximize results.
