Played some 3v3 basketball in my running shoes with the in-laws and local kids in Shehecun yesterday. Something I would have never dared before getting Rewired, due to fear of a setback. I was able to get low on D against the youngsters and rise up without much complaint over the 1.5 hours of play. A couple twinges in the ankles and knee didn’t phase me and I recovered well by the next morning.
This is all to say I’m more than grateful for the benefits the Rewired Experience has brought me and looking forward to share it with anyone fighting against fatigue and injury.
Holding strong at 13+ miles per week of jogging and looking forward to taking it up a notch after returning to the states. Let’s go 2025!

Finally back to my running ways with a week of 30-minute runs every other day. Everything I learned during phase one of Body Balance has allowed me to maintain metabolic balance even with all the variables involved in traveling to a foreign country.
Feeling strong and limber as I add morning king fu practice to my routine. Looking forward to my return to the States where I’ll up my weight lifting game and take everything to the next level!
