The CLARITY Act that would gut consumer and financial protections on the use of crypto nationwide. Senator Chris Van Hollen and Senator Angela Alsobrooks both sit on the Senate Committee for Banking, Housing and Urban Affairs, which will be hearing this legislation TODAY.
