Here's some great news for the City of Detroit. (I love when I can actually say that) This would be a huge deal for any city to move 5,000 new employees into the core, but especially for Detroit.

New condos and restaurants were opening, Campus Martius Park grew in popularity, and the RiverWalk drew thousands to the waterfront each day.
