Happy Valentine’s Day! ❤️

A couple of months ago I was honored to be able to perform a Blessingway for one of my closest friends at her baby shower. Though it looked a bit different due to social distancing, it was so special to create a circle of strong women around our friend to provide encouragement and nurturing words.

A few weeks later, as she went into labor, we cut off our bracelets which connected us all in that circle, sending positive thoughts and energy her way as she welcomed her son into the world.
