The truth? Both C-53 and B General Contractors are fully licensed to build pools—so long as the project includes multiple trades, which every new pool does.
Think of it like building a house. The general contractor (a B license) doesn’t frame the walls or pour the foundation—they manage and coordinate licensed specialists to get it done right. Pools work the same way.
