Last night, the John Brock Award Committee
announced the 2025 recipient of the John Brock Award, Angelo L. Mazzei as this year’s
recipient of the prestigious John Brock Community Service Award. Mazzei was
honored during the recognition dinner at Seven Oaks Country Club.

Each year, the John Brock Community Service Award is presented to a business or community leader who exemplifies a lifetime of dedicated service to the betterment of
Bakersfield and Kern County.

“Angelo Mazzei embodies the spirit of this award through his decades of innovation,
business leadership, and longstanding commitment to his community,” said (CSUB) President Dr. Vernon Harper.
