Sadly, as many of you know we’ve lost a part of our oilfield family.

Abraham Diaz, was only 42 when his life was senselessly cut short last Sunday. I’ve gone back and forth with the family regarding making a post and they’ve finally agreed to let me say the following:

The family itself has the expenses covered. They are not looking for a handout but I wanted to give his oilfield friends/ family an opportunity to help out if they felt inclined. They’d prefer not to post the information out to the public but I can message you privately with how it can be handled.

Everyone I’ve spoken too has raved about how much fun he was to work with. He put everything out there, worked hard, played even harder and his family and fiancéwere EVERYTHING!! He lived life by his own design and wouldn’t have it any other way. Please send all the prayers and positive vibes you can to his family during this time.

Funeral date and time will be posted as soon as I get them.

Also, I’ve heard there was a banner/poster put at the rig, if you happen to have a picture of it, please post it for the family to see!!!
