Feelings are wonderful indicators… but they are terrible bosses. They don’t get to dictate the outcome of your day. Take inventory. Be aware of how you’re feeling and acknowledge that. Does that line up with who you are and your goals? Be honest … it’s a wonderful opportunity to switch gears…. Not give up or dismiss your goals.
