Butter Board With Edible Flowers🌺🌷🪻
Vinaigrette recipe:
2 tsp Honey
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
2 tsp Fresh Thyme
3 T Vinegar
6 T Olive Oil
1/2 tsp of each Salt and Pepper
1 Clove Garlic, minced
2 T Shallots, Minced
Begin by whisking together your honey, dijon, vinegar, & thyme. Then slowly drizzle in your olive oil while whisking continuously. We want to incorporate these ingredients so we do need to do it very slowly and with a lot of vigorous motion. Once that is added in, whisk in your salt, pepper, garlic, and shallot. Let the set a little bit before using or use right away! Enjoy!

Ingredients:
- 1 Red Onion, Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Sugar
- 3/4 Cup White Vinegar
- 1/4 Cup Water
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- 1 tsp Whole Peppercorns
- 1 Cinnamon Stick
Instructions:
Bring all ingredients, except for onion, to a boil. Simmer until sugar has dissolved. Pour over onions and pack them under the liquid. Let sit out until they come to room temperature. Refrigerate for up to 1 month. Enjoy!
