I keep my meals simple and always build them around protein because if you’re not prioritizing protein, you’re making it harder on yourself. 👀 If you’re getting bored with your meals, don’t overcomplicate it, just switch up your fruits, veggies, or seasonings/sauces. Sometimes, the foods you got tired of eating just need a little comeback. 😉
Bottom line? Listen to your body, fuel it well, and hit your protein goals. I aim for 30g+ at every meal and snack to stay strong, energized, and progressing in the gym. 💪✨
