Well, now that 2021 is officially off to a brighter start 🌞, we’re excited to share more fun, happy news with you!

We’re working with to put on a virtual beer paired dinner party with some of Austin’s top chefs, and you can WIN a spot! Text CHEFSAUSTIN to 55755 for chance to win a spot for our virtual beer pairing & cooking class with the chefs of , and , benefitting the .

The event will take place on Monday, February 8, 2021 and all ingredients needed to cook along with us (yes, including beer🍻) will be delivered to you the day of the event. It’s going to be a blast, and we have 5 spots open for winners!

This virtual dinner party we planned for a couple weeks ago was a blast (yes, virtual events CAN be a blast 😂!). We’ve honestly had way more fun than expected planning these, and they’ve proven to be a successful way to help our clients share their brand stories. It’s definitely a different format from in person events, but we use a similar formula for success: create every detail with purpose, incorporate elements of surprise and personal touch, work with the best people, and empower through connection. 🐘

For From Pasture to Plate 🍽, we created and delivered the cutessst baskets to guests’ homes prior to the event that had all the ingredients (plus so much fun gear) needed to cook along.
When guests logged on, we started with a Farm Fresh cocktail 🍹 (made with produce) and a virtual pasture tour 🐣🐓 with where we learned all about what they are doing as a company to bring ethically produced food to the table.
Following the tour, we cooked a 3 course meal along with a few local Austin chefs that use eggs in their establishments. It was so much fun watching as our dinner guests took turns trying to flip kimchi pancakes in the air with 😂, and all ooohed and ahhhed as we crunched on ‘s Tacos Dorados and slurped ‘s Chicken Shoyu Ramen. We miss seeing our people in real life, but are determined (and excited) to keep finding creative ways to connect. And nothing makes us happier than empowering connections for purpose-driven food and bev brands 🌏🍃🌾🐓💕.

Yesterday marked 4 YEARS since our first ever Elephant Table dinner party. Wow. We’ve grown slow, very slow, and (sort of) steady, but have had so much fun along the way. The people we work with have always been the secret sauce, and the purpose to empower & inspire through thoughtful collaborations over the table (or e-table now?).

This is JP of . We’ve been following JP for a while now, and are so excited to finally get the opportunity to collaborate with him. JP’s famous for his signature Pancake Bowls (and dear God, do we love a good pancake), but it’s his story and the way he uses these magical pancakes as a vehicle of inspiration that makes him an all around incredible brand and person to follow🥞💙.
