I haven’t been this excited to share a project with the world in a long time. Tomorrow, the first episode of ReOpen premieres, and you’ll hear from chef/owner about the challenges of reopening his restaurant and what fine dining looks like in the time of Covid.

Made some big, beautiful artichokes for dinner last night. I never think to make them, but I’m always so much happier when I do. @ Austin, Texas
