⚠️ If your home was impacted by the May 28, 2025 storm, the deadline to file a roof claim with your insurance is May 28, 2026.
I'm scheduling free inspections leading up to the deadline if you want to have it checked.
Even if you're not sure there's damage, it's worth taking a look before the cutoff.

Morning with the boys at the Colorado River Alliance spring cleanup. One of my favorite events every year.

Pre-work hike at the Greenbelt with Atlas. He tagged along the rest of the workday too.
If you want the office dog to come along next time I’m out at your place, just say the word.

Rain plus freezing temps can be a tough combo for roofs. Make sure your roof valleys and gutters are as clear as possible. Standing water that freezes can damage shingles, flashing, and gutters, and can even push water back under the roof surface. We call these ice dams. Also, whether or not you have gutter guards, leaf debris can cause damming and allow water to back-up under the shingles.
If you can’t check things ahead of the storm, feel free to reach out after. I’m happy to come by for a free post-storm roof inspection and check for any damage or debris.
Proud to spend time supporting the Colorado River Alliance and the work they’re doing to protect and restore the river that runs through our city. It’s always good to step away from the day to day and put energy into something that actually matters for Austin’s future.
Thank you Colorado River Alliance for all you do.

I joined the team at Qualis Roofing, Construction & Generators in December and have been getting settled over the past few weeks. I’m glad to be working alongside a strong, experienced group and continuing to help homeowners and real estate agents with roof inspections, repairs, and replacements.
If you need anything roofing-related, feel free to reach out.

Fall means leaves in gutters- and clogged gutters can shorten the life of your roof. When water backs up under shingles, it can lead to leaks and wood rot.
Tip: Keep your gutters and downspouts clear, especially after storms. It’s one of the simplest ways to protect your roof for the long run.
(And if you ever need new gutters down the road, that’s something I can help with too.)
