A three-position thumb toggle switch allows the rider to signal in either direction without lifting a hand. When signaling, the front signals will turn on and off in the corresponding direction while the tail lights blink yellow. The running light will be something you can customize with the app or web browser. You'll be able to choose your own colors and animations and have the ability to save up to 3 profiles to the lights themselves. In later revisions to the software we plan on opening up the brake lights and front lights to customization. We have learned a lot about the process of trying to make a piece of hardware but still have a ways to go before we’re done. We are raising money to pay for more professional design work and to tool up the manufacturing process which is all on the expensive side.
