The room is in a 5 bedroom, 2 bathroom duplex in the heart of the Delwood neighborhood with hardwood and tile flooring, large open kitchen, lots of windows, living room, large back yard and a washer and dryer in the unit. On-demand hot water means it doesn’t run out. Sorry, because of the shared concept, animals are not acceptable. One person per room. You lease the room and share the common areas.
