AC4D’s new Strategic Design program is built for mid-level UX practitioners who need a proving ground to practice, not more tools. You’re doing work that exceeds your title and know that you’re capable of more.
AC4D is a cohort-based program where peers at similar career stages are working together on real, complex problems over 4-10 months, alongside your job. What typically takes 5–7 years of waiting for the right project or manager, AC4D compresses into structured, intentional practice that produces work you can actually present.
The strategic design track is where you stop executing someone else’s brief and start shaping what gets made. You’re framing ill-defined problems, leading under ambiguity, and building the fluency to lead beyond your role.
