Financially Fit empowers people to take ownership of their health by aligning their habits, finances, and mindset — proving that long-term wellness is built through consistency, not motivation.
My May 5K was the 30th. This one’s the 21st — three weeks apart instead of my usual four. When I saw that on the calendar, I thought: basically a month, fine.
It was not basically a month. It was one week less. And that week mattered.
And I do this exact same thing with money — “I have until the end of the month,” “I’ll deal with it in a few weeks.” A few weeks always feels longer at the start than it does at the end.
I’m not telling you this because I fixed it. I’m telling you because I didn’t, and I still showed up.
You don’t need perfect timing. You need to show up anyway when the timing wasn’t perfect.
💬 Save this if the deadline math always gets you too.
