Proud to promote my local small biz client who has her talented staff working on masks for medical professionals. Forced to close their retail store during this virus crisis, they've managed to find work-at-home options for staff. Click below to donate $4.50/mask. It helps the greater cause, keeps local workers employed, and is an investment in the future. Please keep them in mind. Their north ATX store and on-line shop has many unique handmade and locally sourced items. I'm left wondering why small biz must close all operations, when Amazon and big retailers can continue to ship non-essential items. SlowNorth and others like them are doing the right thing; however, let's make sure these small businesses are strong after all the lockdowns and craziness.
