Employee Spotlight: Quayone

Eight years ago, Quayone took a job as a dialer in our call center because it paid a little more than her current job at the time. She had no idea it would turn into a career.

She quickly worked her way up to a top 3 agent, then stuck around through the chaos of covid and became a trainer. From there, manager. She helped open our Boise call center, ran temporary sites in Spokane and Bellingham, and eventually packed up and moved to Texas to open our Dallas call center.

Somewhere along the way she found her groove on the tech side of the business and never looked back. Today she leads a team that builds the internal systems and automations making everyone else's job easier across the company.

Her advice for anyone just starting out at DaBella: "Absorb your surroundings, find a mentor, and make a home for yourself."

And honestly, that's exactly what she's done. In her words, working at DaBella means thriving in an environment that pushes you to find your niche.

Outside of work you'll find her hanging out with her German Shepherd Ryder and her cat Lucifer or baking sourdough and focaccia to bring in for the team (we are not complaining about this one).
