🚀 We’re Hiring: Instructional Designer (MS Office Expert)

We’re partnering with a U.S.-based QuickBooks education company with a large online following. They teach accountants, bookkeepers, and small business owners how to master QuickBooks through engaging classes, digital courses, and books that make learning feel human again. 💻📚

They’re in a growth phase and need someone who loves:
✨ Long documents, styles, and structure
✨ Slide decks and branded templates
✨ Clean, consistent, organized work

🛠 What You’ll Be Doing
• Formatting and publishing long-form Word documents (styles, tables, cross-references, indexes, etc.)
• Preparing manuscripts so they’re ready to submit to publishers
• Converting and updating 60–300+ slide PowerPoint decks into new branded templates using master slides & automation
• Applying branding and formatting across Word, PowerPoint, and marketing materials
• Supporting marketing ops: social posts, newsletter layout, and light copy (with a style guide to help you)

🎯 You’re a Great Fit If You:
• Have advanced Microsoft Word & PowerPoint skills (styles, templates, long docs, master slides)
• Have sharp attention to detail and love consistency
• Are familiar with QuickBooks Online enough to navigate and grab screenshots
• Are comfortable using AI tools to speed up writing, translation, and content workflows
• Are organized, proactive, and can manage multiple projects without hand-holding
• Bonus: You’ve used social media scheduling tools and are okay working on both Mac & PC
