I can't believe it's that time of year again! We've have been busy rolling tamales for the holiday season and we are ready to fill your orders!
I have been working on creating a new tamale and I would like to introduce the newest member to the tamale family, Rock’n Rum Raisin Tamales.
This tamale has rum marinated raisins, chocolate chips and toasted walnuts along with other sweet spices and seasonings. In addition, I have added a hint a New Mexico Red Chili. This added flavor leaves a fiesta on your tongue! You not only taste the sweetness, but you get a little burst of zing.
We are still featuring our Bean, Pork, Chicken and Beef Tamales.
