Small family routines make a lasting impact.

Healthy habits are more likely to stick when youth experience them in more than one place, at school, at home, and in their communities. Shared meals, movement together, conversations, and other simple daily routines all help reinforce the healthy habits students are learning throughout the school day.

After two years of co-developing and piloting our CATCH My Breath Students-Teach-Students model with Eastern Idaho Public Health, we are proud to share the results. By empowering students to lead, we aren't just teaching a curriculum, we are fostering an environment where prevention actually sticks.
