Perimenopause doesn't start at 50. Most women are already in it in their late 30s and have absolutely no idea.
And I wish someone had told me sooner. Because I spent YEARS thinking something was wrong with me. The exhaustion. The weight that wouldn't budge. The brain fog. The mood swings. The anxiety that came out of nowhere.
I thought I was just stressed. Just tired. Just not trying hard enough.
I was in perimenopause.
Perimenopause can start as early as 35. And the symptoms don't announce themselves with a banner. They creep in quietly disguised as burnout, depression, weight gain and just feeling OFF.
If you are in your late 30s or 40s and you feel like a different person than you used to be, this is your sign to pay attention to your hormones. 💜
You are not crazy. You are not lazy. You are not failing. Your hormones are shifting and your body is asking for a different approach.
Save this and share it with every woman in her late 30s and 40s who needs to hear this today.
Drop a 🙋♀️ if you had no idea perimenopause could start this early.
You don't get stronger in the gym. You get stronger when you rest. In perimenopause rest days are where the magic actually happens.
