How in touch are you with your shadow side?

These are all the parts of your being that you don’t want to admit exist.

The part of you that makes decisions you know will hurt those you love.

The part of you that plays victim when you know damn well it’s your fault.

The part that judges and makes assumptions about those around you.

The part that belittles you.

News flash. They aren’t going anywhere. 🚨

You must learn to sit and speak with them. Hear them. Listen and communicate with them.

Do not push them down into the depths of the psyche otherwise they will resurface in other parts of your being, uglier, meaner and more painfully.

Sit and chat with them. Meditate and communicate. Journal and talk.

Let them express their needs and wants.

Because ultimately they are yours as well ☯️
