Balanced Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup of blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1-2 cups of unsweetened coconut milk (If you choose to skip the protein powder, we recommend using soy milk for added protein)
1⁄2 banana
2 tablespoons of peanut butter
2 cups of spinach
1 teaspoon of chia seeds
Instructions
Add everything to a blender and press go! Start with 1 cup of coconut or soy milk and add more as needed (depending on the blender, you may need the additional liquid for it to blend smoothly).
Recipe Tip
*Note that nutrition facts are based on using 1 cup of unsweetened coconut milk, 1 tablespoon of peanut butter and 1 scoop (half a serving) of pea protein powder.

Mixed Berry Smoothie
Ingredient
1 banana
236g of mixed frozen berries
1 large apple, cored and peeled
1 lemon juice
4 inches of cucumber
15g of flat leaf parsley
67g of kale
1 tablespoon of chia seeds
1 cup of almond milk
1 cup of water
PREPARATION METHOD
Using a blender, add all the ingredientsand blend for 1-2 minutes until there is no longer any lumps in the mixture. If you are finding that the mixture is still lumpy, try adding extra water to smoothen your smoothie.

Blueberry-Ginger Smoothie
Ingredients
1 smoothie
½ cup coconut milk yogurt
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger
Pinch of cinnamon
⅓ cup coconut milk
1 tablespoon honey or agave
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
Direction
In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth. If the mixture is too thick, add additional coconut milk until the desired texture is achieved.
Note: You can use fresh blueberries, but add ½ cup ice into the blender to keep the texture.

Blueberry Pomegranate Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups loosely packed baby spinach
1 cup frozen blueberries, rinsed
1 cup low-fat plain Greek yogurt
1 cup pomegranate juice
1 cup ice cubes
2 tbsp chia seeds
Instructions
In blender, purée spinach, blueberries, yogurt, juice, ice cubes, and chia seeds until smooth.
Divide smoothie between 2 glasses.
Recipe Tip
If smoothie is too thick, stir in 1 or 2 tablespoons of water.

Healthy Coffee Banana Smoothie
Ingredients
1 cup chilled Seattle's Best brewed coffee
1 1/2 bananas cut into chunks
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
2 teaspoons honey or agave nectar
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoons grated nutmeg
6 ice cubes
Instructions
Place all of the ingredients in a heavy-duty blender (one that can crush ice).
Blend until smooth. Serve.
