Della loves a good party theme almost as much as she loves smiling. This girl entered our world 9 years ago in the most unstable and chaotic circumstances. But her impact on our family has been undeniable. Her delightful and joyful spirit, creativity and wit keep us smiling, laughing and in Camp’s words… “makes her so easy to celebrate.”

So thankful for the friends God has placed in her life. It’s so sweet to have good friends to celebrate with.

Della Clementine, you are one of the best people I know. Happy birthday sweet girl.

Anyone else loving this fall weather? I know in Texas this is considered “Fake Fall” because it always comes and goes before it’s here to stay… but I am here. for. it.

I always feel new inspiration in the fall. The temps begin to drop and I suddenly feel motivated to start that new thing, be outside as much as possible and embrace all things considered “cozy”.

This morning? I started training to run. I have a dream of running with my boys in their last years at home and this was the perfect day to start.

What has this fall day inspired you to do? Start something new? Order that seasonal coffee? Buy a pumpkin? I want to hear about it!

Our tradition continues! This month I introduced Hayley to De Nada Cantina! We are officially obsessed and can’t wait to go back!

This girl right here is one of my dearest and best friends. Even though our lives do not overlap any longer and haven’t in quite some time, we always stay connected! I’m convinced that’s why we are so bad at getting good pictures together! We can’t wait to jump right into conversations and now, soaking up these new places that we forget to invest time in quality pictures. Ha! We HAVE to get better.

Maybe someday will go viral and we can hire a photographer to follow us around! 😂

Ok. I’ve been mostly off social media this summer and it’s time to do some catch up. But first… school has started!

t’s been a year and a half since my kids have been to school in person! Doing school virtually for that long was both hard and beautiful. BUT, last week, my kids went back to school and it was soooo good. They had the best first week they could possibly have. They love their teachers, classes and getting to be with friends once again. So grateful for our school and for this smooth transition back!

Here’s to 3rd and 7th grade! It’s going to be a good year!
