Mindset: Everything starts in your mind. Mastering your self-talk and learning to coach yourself is the foundation for a grounded and prosperous life. I’ll teach you the short cuts and best tools to rewire your brain for confidence and positivity. Vision: Discovering and defining the life YOU want to live. This is not about societies expectations, this is not about what your family or spouse expects. This is not about what you don’t want. This is about you dreaming of what extraordinary looks like and intentionally creating the vision for your life. Don’t worry there is a specific process I take you through to help you create your vision and get crystal clear on the life you are going to create. Goal Setting: Now that you have a vision, we hone down the specific goals you want to accomplish in different roles of your life. Breaking these down into actionable weekly steps allows you to focus on what truly matters and say no to the rest. No is hard, guilt is real, we work on that too. Lifestyle: It takes regular concerted effort to not let the busyness of life knock us back in to a reactive average life. We aren’t here for average, we want extraordinary. So now that you have a vision and goals, you have to create the habits and lifestyle that allow you to achieve it. This includes weekly intentional planning and regular daily habits to stay focused on your goals and intentionally maintain the life you want. And conditions necessary for success: Health, relationships, faith, fun, balance.
