Who doesn’t like smothered pork chops! I’m preparing these in the crockpot to take to one of my sisters tomorrow. Along with slices of fresh Vodka/Kahlua cake. She requested slices to freeze - wish granted. 💜 My niece and I are going to have fun cooking the rest of the meal together! I love my family. Xoxo

How sassy are your taste buds feeling today? ☺
Chicken Dip recipe modified to low carb, low sodium and gluten free and oh so yummy! If I never told you my recipes are healthy, you would never know. 🤗

10 Oz frozen Applegate uncured no sugar bacon - separate a portion to put on top before baking
16 oz seasoned organic chicken cutlets or breasts, shredded or diced
16 oz cilantro OR jalapeño greek yogurt
8 oz softened cream cheese
1/4 cup jalapeños diced (or more)
1/4 cup yellow onion diced
1/4 cup red bell pepper diced
1/4 cup yellow bell pepper diced
1 Tsp minced garlic
2 Tbsp French's Dijon mustard (gluten free)
1 cup shredded Parm cheese and 1 cup to add to the top before baking
(Can also add 1 packet of ranch dressing, but ranch dressing is not gluten free and increases sodium levels)

Mix all ingredients together well and place in buttered baking dish. (Falfurrias unsalted is gf)

Bake 400 degrees 30 minutes then broil to brown the top

Use Tostitos chips (gf), carrot sticks or celery stalks to dip OR stuff lettuce rolls for a low carb meal.
