World Environment Day 🌍 From Plastic-Full to Purposeful

Did you know the global food system is responsible for around 20% of all plastic production?

That plastic pollutes our soil, water, and bodies.

At Fearless Farmers, we’re tackling this issue at the root, teaching people how to shift systems from extraction to regeneration, from disposability to purpose. We do this through eco-literacy education that helps people understand how food and plastic are connected, and how regenerative, local food systems offer real solutions.

✨ Your donation today supports farmers, educators, and community ambassadors in building plastic-free, purpose-filled futures, from how we grow food to how it’s packaged and shared.

Can’t donate? You can still help.

✅ Reduce plastic in your food choices
✅ Share this post with your community
✅ Start conversations about real, rooted change

Donate or take action today to help us raise $100,000 and transform the system, one decision at a time. fearlessfarmers.org/support-our-work

We're facing unprecedented challenges, and there is an urgency to act.

Our communities are trying to solve these complex problems while disconnected from land, each other, even ourselves, and without the right tools to think and act holistically. That's where we come in.

At Fearless Farmers, we teach people how to see the system, step into their role, and act with fearlessness. This is how we're sparking 1,000 Thriving Communities by 2030.

In our ecosystem, everyone has a place. Let's build the Thriving Future together.

Sara is a Fearless Farmers Educator who completed our program in 2023 ✨

Her learning experiences included online coursework, live sessions with instructors, and participation in a 5-day on-site intensive on a working, regenerative ranch.

While traveling through her learning journey, Sara built her Regenerative Roadmap.

Sara’s journey began in her home community while she participated in our online course Grounding Down and going on to our Eco-Literacy Program.

Sara then participated in our On-Site Intensive to get a hands on experience of the our 4 topics introduced in the Eco-Literacy Program: Farm to Table, Mighty Microbes, Radical Roots, and Love and Livestock.

During this, Sara discovered what action steps can be taken to create a community that's based on collective empowerment rooted in social transformation where everybody belongs.

By learning what resources were accessible in the host farm’s community, and how they managed resources holistically, Sara was able to include steps in her Regenerative Roadmap to implement management of resources in her own community.

A Regenerative Roadmap isn’t a rigid plan—it’s a living guide, shaped by your strengths, your community’s needs, and the future you want to help create.

It’s about discovering where your skills and passions meet the most pressing challenges around you—and turning that awareness into meaningful action.

For some, it looks like starting a neighborhood compost system or organizing a seed swap. For others, it means creating curriculum that connects students to the land or launching a local initiative to strengthen food security.

The possibilities are as diverse as the people who bring them to life.

At our Intensives, we guide participants through the process of crafting the first steps of their own Regenerative Roadmap—one that considers financial, social, and environmental impacts as a whole.

Through hands-on learning and guided reflection, we help you recognize your strengths, clarify the impact you want to make, and map out tangible steps to move it forward.

What’s a challenge in your community that you feel called to help solve—and how might your unique strengths be part of the solution?
