🔮Last week, I had the honor of hosting two women's circles around the full moon.

The circle theme was around cultivating the relationship with self. I guided these women to connect with their hearts and create coherence between their heart and their mind, so that they could receive insights on what is no longer serving them and what they are ready to release. 🦋

After journaling out their findings, we held space for each woman to share individually, and of course, many tears were shed. It can be truly healing when you allow yourself to be seen in front of others. Also, it helps us realize that many of us are fighting silent battles. When you give somebody an opportunity to speak and share and no longer is stuck within them, that allows them to begin to heal it. 💕

Once the women were done sharing, they ripped up their piece of paper of what they wrote, they were ready to release and put it in a collective waterbowl, before they then lit their candle signifying taking their power back. 💪 I even placed a few drops of water in the bowl from the sacred well in Glastonbury (IYKYK)

This was such a powerful event, and many of the women shared how much better they felt after leaving. I absolutely love creating experiences like this and look forward to doing more!
