It’s the first day of the month...and it’s got me thinking...🤔

I used to be (and still can be if I’m being honest) one of those people who plans and plans and gets overwhelmed with ideas and information and then it all gets to be so much...so you just do nothing. 🤦🏻♀️

I mean let’s be real...we can all come up with a thousand reasons not to do something. Not to start that fitness journey, not to go after your dream job, not to start that business.
•
But if we don’t take action and try...we will never know. The sooner we can learn that failure is part of the process, accept that, and learn from our failures instead of being defeated by them...the more chances we will take!
•
So don’t get stuck in “analysis paralysis”...take action towards your goals whatever they may be! Then see where you are in a month! I promise you will be much farther along than the folks who wouldn’t even try! 🦄✨🥂

You have no clue how often I hear people say they can’t afford to eat healthy. Hell I used to be one of those people!! 🤑 But lets be real...that’s total CRAP!!

Sure eating healthy takes more planning, effort and preparation...but it doesn’t have to cost a fortune!

This was everything I needed (except for a few things I already had like eggs and quinoa) for all my meals this week and a taco kit for next week! 😎🌮

So see...eating healthy doesn’t cost a ton...you just have to plan your meals, make a list, and take the time to prep your food!

💥HONESTY TIME💥

Last Monday I posted about how we are responsible for our own motivation. Well today I’m going to give you a personal example.
•
Today the alarm went off and I was like nooooo. I didn’t want to get out of bed and I sure as hell didn’t want to get up and workout. The plan was to start a new program today...but I was already doing calculations to see if I could skip it and do it after work. 👩🏻🔬🤔
•
It would have been so 👏🏻 much 👏🏻 easier 👏🏻 to say screw it and stay in bed. But instead I forced myself out of bed and pushed play (I know I say this a lot but seriously thank God for energize 🙌🏻☀️).
•
Y’all I fumbled and modified my way through the entire 20 minute workout. But guess what?!
•
⚡️I showed up
•
⚡️I finished
•
⚡️And that’s all that’s required!!
•
Not every workout will be your best. But if you show up consistently (even/especially on the days you really don’t want to) you WILL see results! Mentally and physically!
