Rusty Bonham Drums

1 heart attack, 2 heart stints, 3 strokes and 1 hurricane later..... hopefully coming to fight zombies with the rest of you today. This is definitely health rock bottom for me. I've been in such a dark place. I haven't felt worth it or good enough in long time. As much love as I see out there for me. All the super awesome friends that love and support me. Still couldn't get it together enough to love myself. Well, from this day forward I'm not going to waste it. I will no longer let the things that happen to me, define me. I love and appreciate yall more than you'll ever know
