This one is funny, but then again maybe it's not.
Teaching can wear you down when you're giving so much and getting so little back.
So here is my question - What really keeps you here in this season?

I’m working on a summer project for burnt out teachers. What if someone was ready to create an entire classroom decor bundle based on exactly what you want with your favorite colors and theme. This is one way for me to support you as teachers, early ed directors and even homeschool parents. 😊

I’m curious on your opinion. I’ve been in the education system for over 30 years. I have been a classroom teacher and a preschool director, and I always had the mindset that we work together with families for the best education for children. What I’ve noticed is that there’s a lot of negativity and behavior issues in the classroom, not enough support from the administration, and the teacher burnout rate is at an all-time high. I created Built To Teach as an idea of how I can better support teachers and administrators and bring back the triangle of working together and not against each other. It used to be teachers, administrators, and parents. We would all support each other and yet it seems to be lost. Am the only one that feels this way?

I absolutely love the idea of finding “good things” throughout your day. As I was taking my daily walk, I was reminded to take a deep breath, let the sun warm my skin, and appreciate the simple things. Thank you for the reminder, .balint and . As the end of the school year approaches, I know there are teachers that this year either broke or motivated them. I want you to know that you are seen and heard. I appreciate you and all that you do for our future generations
