πŸ’ͺFitness meal vibe- Clean and protien packed!
Marinate 2 juicy chicken leg & thigh quarters in Laziza/or shan Chicken Tikka Masala, add πŸ§„ ginger-garlic paste, a squeeze of lemon πŸ‹ & spray a lil over itβ€” let it soak up all that flavor overnight 😍
Next day, toss in 🍠 sweet potato & πŸ₯¦ broccoli over the sheet pan- season with salt + pepper, spray a lil’ oil. Layer over the tikka pieces on grill and bake at 385Β°F for 45 mins, then broil 3 mins for that golden crisp πŸ”₯

Take 2 slices of your choice of bread, i just loveeeeee the Sourdough bread so opted for it. Drizzle a lil bit of avocado or olive oil and toast in until crispy.

One tray. Zero mess. All flavor. πŸ˜‹

✨ **Besan Chila (Chickpea Flour Pancake)** ✨
A protein-packed, savory pancake you’ll want to make every morning 😍

**Ingredients:**

* 1 cup besan (chickpea flour)
* Β½ cup whole wheat flour
* 1 tsp bhuna kuta cumin seeds (roasted & crushed cumin)
* 1 tsp chili flakes
* Salt to taste
* 3–4 green chilies, finely chopped
* Β½ onion, chopped (omelette style)
* Β½ bunch cilantro (or any veggies you like)
* Water as needed to make a smooth batter
* Oil spray for cooking

**Method:**

1. In a bowl, combine besan, wheat flour, cumin seeds, chili flakes, salt, onion, chilies, and cilantro.
2. Gradually add water to form a smooth, pourable batter.
3. Heat a nonstick pan and lightly spray oil.
4. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread it like a pancake.
5. Cook on medium heat, flip, and cook both sides until golden brown.

**Garlic Chutney:**

* Take 2 whole bulbs of garlic, peel & grate them.
* Heat a little oil in a pan, add the grated garlic.
* Sprinkle a pinch of chili flakes, Β½ pinch red chili powder, and salt.
* SautΓ© until the raw garlic smell disappears and it turns fragrant.

Serve your crispy besan chila hot with garlic chutney & a side of Greek yogurt or plain dahi 🀍

✨ Ingredients:

🐠 500g salmon fillet

πŸ‹ 1 lemon (for juice)

πŸ§‚ Salt β€” to taste

⚫ Black pepper β€” to taste

🌢️ 1 pinch cayenne pepper

🌫️ 1 generous pinch smoked paprika

πŸ₯„ 1 tbsp avocado oil or olive oil

πŸ₯¦ 1 cup broccoli florets

πŸ₯” 1–2 medium potatoes, cut into wedges

🌢️ 1 tsp Shan Chicken Tikka Masala (or your fave spice mix)

πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Method:

Prep the salmon 🐟:
Rinse the salmon and pat dry. Squeeze πŸ‹ lemon juice on top, sprinkle a little πŸ§‚ salt, and let it sit for a few minutes to drain excess water. Pat dry again.

Season it up ✨:
Rub the salmon with 🌢️ cayenne, 🌫️ smoked paprika, πŸ§‚ salt, ⚫ black pepper, and drizzle some πŸ₯„ avocado or olive oil on top.

Veggie time πŸ₯¦πŸ₯”:
Toss broccoli florets with a pinch of salt and pepper. Coat the potato wedges with a little oil + 🌢️ Shan Chicken Tikka Masala (or your choice of spicy masala)
