Tacos de canasta! Tacos de canasta! 📢
I decided to try to make "basket tacos" today. Like ones Ive tried on Monterrey, México.
I made Carne Deshebrada (Shredded beef) , Papa con chorizo (Potatoes & Chorizo) and Frijoles (beans).
The technique is so difficult! Yet rewarding. I will be doing more of these soon for sure!

A little carne asada Sunday! Roasted Cauliflower and kale, dairy free mash potato.
