June Fitness Challenge ‼️
Duration: 3 weeks. (June 1-23)
-No Alcohol
-15k steps a day (minimum)
-Gallon of water per day
-Lifting Weights 3-5x a week
-Cardio 5-6x a week
-Little to No Diary (Optional)
-1 or 2 cheat meals a week.(Optional))can’t do both on same day))
-Hit your daily macros
